Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria were on Saturday ejected from the BBI rally in Kitui by a contingent of security officers and event organisers.
The vocal duo had arrived to the dais late after ODM’s Raila Odinga, Governor Charity Ngilu and Kalonzo Musyoka were seated.
The BBI bus was already on the way, with Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana halfway into reading the resolutions of the South Eastern region.
Kuria and Murkomen could be seen engaged in a heated argument with organisers over a possible breach of protocol as they tried to make their way to the dais.
Kitui Governor Ngilu who was visibly incensed shouted that the Gatundu South MP be removed from the event saying: “Nobody will abuse our President Uhuru Kenyatta and sit in this meeting! Atolewe!”
A photo shared on social media shows Kuria seated smack in the dirt during the scuffle before he was led out amidst raucous jeering from the crowd.

When the drama settled, Kuria and Murkomen made their way back to the dais where they were given seats.
