Late 2018, Sadolin paints held a one day training session at Hotel Africana to sensitize painters the need for observance of high standards in the discharge of their contracts.
During the training Mr. Deon Nieuwoudt, Commercial Director for Akzonobel – East Africa, led the discussions and demonstrations geared towards facilitating, guiding and providing upto-date technical painting advise and tips as they attracted painters from Kampala and other parts of Uganda.
Now the latest landing our desk indicates that Sadolin Paints has decided to train more painters with more advanced skills.
The advanced trainings will aim at helping painters at understanding the tools of application, characteristics of substrates (substances that are acted upon by certain orgasms) as well as the preparation of surfaces for painting but in a more upgraded and advanced manner for as long as the Sadolin brand is on the market.
Mr. Deon Nieuwoudt also cited that Uganda’s construction sector was growing hence the need to inject a high level of professionalism into the painting aspect of the housing industry hence the importance of the training programme before emphasizing that some painters urgently need to be taken for advanced training that will see them more upskilled and empowered.
