Being Bahati has come to an end. The season 3 finale was aired yesterday on NTV.
The show highlighted several moments; sadness, happiness, surprises from the three season.
It started with Diana Marua saying that season 3 had come to an end. She said;
This is the last episode of [Being Bahati] season three and today we’re doing things a little bit different. We’re going to highlight a few moments.
basically, we going through the highlights of the show from season 1 to 3. There were seasons of sadness, shade and pure drama as well…. with my small sister Val bringing cherry to the cake… oh my!
The first part was the moment Diana was thirsting over her gym trainer.
Uuh! My goodness, the guy…biceps, triceps. Huku nyuma niko sawa [She was caught on camera telling her trainer].
The couple was watching the highlights and Bahati tells his wife;
Yaani unamwambia huku nyuma uko sawa? You know such things can break a marriage?
The mother of one responds;
Babe unajua macho hayana pazia.
The Mama hit singer went ahead to tell her
Nilikuwa nangojea useme macho hayana pazia pia mimi nikuambiange macho hayana pazia.
Another highlight is where Bahati was walked out on his wife. Things didn’t go well and Diana moved out for two weeks. Bahati then called his pastor for a counselling session to help them solve their problems.
Kuachana na Diana for two weeks ilikuwa very prolonged. Chakula haiteremki hapa kwa oesophagus.
‘I’ve heard you’ve been through ups and downs.’ the man of God said before Diana quickly responded;
Si kwa ubaya lakini mimi staki tupotezeane time. It’s always not about him all the time.
During the counselling session Bahati said;
I really don’t know what women want. Someone has never slept with an empty stomach, walked naked, what else do they want?
Marua interrupted; ‘Bahati, let me ask you…’
Before she could even complete her sentence, the EMB records label CEO told her;
Unaita nani Bahati? Don’t call ever me Bahati again in the next season. Mimi ni babe, Swiry, sweetpie. Ati Bahati niskize..weeeh!
His wife also reminded him of the day he called her ‘Mama Heaven’ instead of using a pet name. He apologized saying;
That was a slip of the tongue.
They also featured the singer’s grandfather, the day they visited him.
While in Makueni Diana went to fetch water away from their grandpa’s homestead and she said;
Later that day I had a prolonged headache and I’m trying to fit in into their lifestyle and culture. Going to fetch water, cooking with firewood …it makes me appreciate life more and where I am.
The time when Diana stumbled upon chats between Bahati and a lady identified as Sandra was also part of the finale.
Bahati denied that there was something between him and Sandra, and his wife, on the other hand, was breathing fire. The singer responded;
Sandra is my cousin
Diana’s younger sister Val has featured in all the seasons several times and Bahati’s wife begged him to hook her up with politician’s kid. He responded saying;
Ndio nipatane naye campaign next yeye ndio ananilipa.
He went ahead to advise his in-law to get someone and settle down.
Please, next season get a boyfriend.
They also visited Diana’s mother’s grave and Bahati said;
It was emotional visiting Diana’s mum’s grave.
‘My mum has just turned 50,’ said tearful Diana.

I wish she was alive to see the success of her daughter and her family.
The mother of one, who has been branded a ‘grandma’ by trolls, also talked about their age diffference. She said;
I’m older than Bahati by three years.
Her husband on the other hand said;
Mimi nadhani nishakuwa mzee kumshinda. Tukianza kudate alikuwa mzee kuniliko.
He continued; ‘My scripture for this season is Isaiah 43:19.’
The couple is gearing up for [Being Bahati] season four and the father of two said;
I know it’s a must I will seat on the president’s seat again even if I’ll be jailed.
